- Returns will only be accepted within 30 days from the date of invoice.
- An official returns number must be obtained from Carl F direct prior to returning the goods or no refund will be given.
- Goods are to be returned at the customer's expense, with proof of receipt at Carl F direct
- Goods must be in resaleable condition, in original packaging, with all warranty/instruction/guarantee booklets.
- This does not affect your statutory rights.
